I’ve lost my Soul

I’ve lost my soul. I only realised this when I hit 30. Since then I’ve made it my New Year’s Resolution for 2012 to find it.

I’ve quit smoking, I now only drink organic green tea, I’ve began bushwalking, have planted a vegetable patch and only eat vegetarian, have downloaded all the greatest classical music and began to appreciate opera, have traded my Commodore for a hybrid Prius and I no longer swear.

Whilst I’m always hungry, eating spinach for iron instead of lamb makes me feel whole again and as I meditate through my yoga I levitate towards my soul. There it is, three deep breaths… bugger lost it. Clear your mind, three deep breaths… bugger lost it again.

Accessing your soul is hard work but by June 30 (end of FY12) I aim to have access on demand and will graph my results through my weekly blog. Stay tuned and Namaste.
