Dog’s #1 Enemy

Have you seen your dog scratching and biting of itch lately? Uncomfortably rolling over and over like a mad dog? These are symptoms that your dog might have flees and mites, their number one enemy. Mites are tiny insects/pests that live on animal and human skin. They are the main cause of certain skin diseases such as dog scabies or mange. These mites dig deep into their skin and live there as parasites causing wounds on the skin of our dogs. Eventually, these wounds will dry out and form red or gray spots that inhibit hair growth. Canine scabies are infectious not only to animals but also to us humans. Overpopulation of these mites might cause health risks to our dogs. Keeping our house and dogs clean will avoid the appearance and occupation of these harmful mites. If you don’t know how to control these mites, seek the advice of an animal doctor so you’ll know what actions you will take to help your dog.
